NicaBell: I Need Some Opinions

Hey there peeps.

So I have been thinking these past few week but I just can't make up my mind about this.

This blog is a beauty blog but I put some personal stuff, opinion, rambles and rants in here which I think is not quite appropriate. So that makes me think to open another more personal but still anonymous sort of blog. It's personal because I will blog about how I feel about certain things that interest me or current issues as well as about my hometown, Kota Kinabalu!

But the issues are:

1.      I don't know what blog address & name should I use.

  • I have been thinking to input the word "sumandak" (young girl/virgin gir/not married woman/) but if I am going to be married in the future, obviously the word "sumandak" is not going to be suitable for me any longer.
  • Jesselton is Kota Kinabalu old name before Sabah joined Malaysia, before our independence. I always like the name Jesselton and have been thinking to include it in my blog add. But I am worried if people would think the blog is about some  romance chick who is obsess and going  to talk about her boyfriend all the time whose name is Jesselton. You got to agree, the name Jesselton sound like a very good looking man with good upbringing.
  • putting KK or Kota Kinabalu or just Kinabalu or probably Sabah? But people will thought that it is a blog about traveling and tourism in Sabah. I don't people to misinterpret the blog address and then disappointed that the blog is actually a personal nags of a chick. =.="
  • Kept my original alter ego - NicaBell/NB. Just gonna replace the 'iam' with either the above  options or another one?
2.      Should I even need another blog? Boyfie said I may not be able to manage both blogs. While I think I can manage because there is always a schedule feature here for my beauty blog. I can stock up review posts and haul in advance, right? So does the new blog?

3.      Using the same account with this blog or make a new account?

  • Making a new account will be a hassle. If I use the same account I can control and manage bothblog easily. But boyfie mention to me about hacking problems. Though I love that boyfie is my voice of reason, his clever mind irritates me sometimes.

So what you think?

Updated 13 September 2012: I forgotten that I have a Tumblr account XD. So I decided to use the Tumblr account iamnicabell.tumblr.com as my personal rant blog. I love Tumblr. It is not really a micro-blogging site and not quite like a regular blogsite. A niece once describe Tumblr as a blogsite for the young hip teen. Gah! Who care?! So check out my Tumblr and follow me if you have one. wink!

NicaBell Review: Ginvera Green Tea Whitening Marvel Gel

Hey babes!

I am recently been addicted to 2 songs. One is a great mashup of both "Call Me Maybe" & "Payphone" made by KurtHugoSchneider, sung by Jessica Jarrell & James Alan featuring Jake Broido (doing the drumming, guitar, & picking/hanging up payphone behind the two singers)
Urgh! Who am I kidding! Okay the real reason I love the song is because of James Alan. There, I confessed! I have a thing toward men with stubble like he has. I find it sexy. But I don't like boyfie to have any facial hair because he doesn't have the face for one.  Hey-hey! I do really enjoy the song actually.

Another song that I've been replaying over and over again is the Gangnam Style by PSY. I don't usually listen to Kpop or shuffle dance kinda tune, but this one is insanely catchy and the MV is hilarious! The horse-riding dance is funny to watch. I heard the song from Hitz.fm at first and try googling it then the rest is just history. I specially love the boy with red trousers. He is just ADORABLE!! The singer, PSY, no matter what his dance moves are, he looks like a perverted big belly man. I can't help but laugh the whole MV.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well back to the topic, here is my review on the ever so popular Ginvera Green Tea Whitening Marvel Gel.

Brand: Ginvera
Made in: Malaysia
Range: Green Tea
Skincare Type: Mild face exfoliator/scrub, Blackheads remover
Product contains/weight: 60ml
Main promoted/key/active ingredients: Soybean extract for effective whitening
Claims: Zero blackheads in 1 step. 10 benefits of MARVEL GEL:-
  1. Rubs away deep layers of dead skin gel.
  2. Rubs away blackheads painlessly
  3. Contracts pores for refined skin (As dead skin cells have been cleared from pores)
  4. Lighten black spots, freckles & scars.
  5. Removes oil seeds
  6. Regulates sebum secretion to prevent pimples.
  7. Brighten dull complexion
  8. Changes dark, rough skin to smooth skin.
  9. Whiten skin as it gives way to newborn skin.
  10. Enhances quick absorption of skin care product

What it says on the box: Dead skin is the main culprit of all skin problems. Removing dead skin is the first step towards beauty.

Our skin produces new skin cells to replace aging & dead skin cells everyday. If they are up on the surface of the skin and lead to clogged pores, resulting in all kinds of skin problems.

Ginvera Green Tea Whitening MARVEL GEL reaches dep into the cornified layer of the skin to remove dead skin cells that clog pores, cause and support blackheads, thus eliminating and preventing formation of blackheads which can lead to pimples. It also improves the absorption of skincare products and regulates oil secretion to prevent pimples.
The removal of dead skin cells will stimulate the growth of new cells thus unveiling the natural fairness and radiance of skin within.

Ingredients: DEIONISED WATER, CYCLOMETHICONE, DIMETHICONE, CARBOMER, GREEN TEA (CAMELIA SINENSIS) LEAF EXTRACT, GINSENG (PANAX GINSENG) EXTRACT, LYCIUM BARBARUM FRUIT EXTRACT, ANGELICA ARCHANGELICA EXTRACT, OLDENLANDIA DIFFUSA EXTRACT,  VACCINIUM MYRTILLUS (BILBERRY) EXTRACT, SACCHARUM (SUGAR CANE) EXTRACT, ACER SACCHARUM (SUGAR MAPLE) EXTRACT, CITRUS AURANTIUM DULCIS (ORANGE) FRUIT EXTRACT, CITRUS MEDICA LIMONIUM (LEMON) EXTRACT, POMELO (CITRUS GRANDIS) EXTRACT, ROYAL JELLY POWDER, NATTO GUM, FRUCUS TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS EXTRACT, GINKGO BILOBA EXTRACT, AMPELOPSIS JAPONICA EXTRACT, PERILLA FRUTESCENS EXTRACT, ALOE VERA (ALOE BARBADENSIS) LEAF EXTRACT, MENTHOL, IMIDAZOLIDINYL UREA, FRAGRANCE, CI 19140, CI 42100

Pricing: RM 37/38 something like that. Can't remember already.

Application: Thick green gel texture and turn liquidy when contact and rub onto skin. As you rub and rub, the liquid turns to eraser's dirt like thingy. The dirt look greyish dark if you never properly do exfoliation - eww~

It is a mild non-gain scrub because it rubs away dead skin cells and did made skincare absorption faster. I wonder if it contains AHAs properties because the result after using marvel gel is almost like, but not as effective, result after using AHAs cleansers.

It didn't sting, no pimples formed after use, no irritation and no redness (unless if you rub it too rough). Skin does look brighter, healthier, feel smother but blackheads does not totally diminish as claimed. The blackhead are not as dark as before but the actual blackhead's seeds are not gone. They just seem lighter. After using 2 tubes, acne scars did not completely gone but did seem lighter - would not really notice the difference unless you took a picture of yourself to compare in the future.

Take a pea size and apply 5 dots on the face. Spread on the face with gentle messaging circular motion until eraser's dirt-like formed and face completely dry off the product. Then rinse the face with water to wash away the excess product. You rinse with water and proceeds with your skincare routine or wash with a gentle face wash before toner & moisturiser. Use gentle face wash as you don't want to over dry your skin.

I have been asked by my mom if the marvel gel can wipe off makeup and here is my experiment:

1. 2. 3.

4.  5.

1. I put on a base primer, foundation, some non water proof eye product and lipstick.
2. The gel turn liquid on application.
3. Some dirt formed slowly as I kept messaging.
4. Completely dry and some dry dirt. You can see (or not) there are foundation left on my skin.
5. I cleaned the surface with a cotton pad with cleansing toner and found the foundation left on the cotton pad.
VERDICT: Nope. Definitely won't completely wipe of your makeup. So remove your makeup before using the marvel gel.

I love that:-
~ It's easy to use
~ Didn't cause breakout
~ Gentle for everyday use
~ Made in Malaysia so easy to find.
~ Use a lot of plant/fruit extract instead of depending solely on chemicals.
~ Green tea! Oh-so-loving antioxidant now.
~ The smell is unpleasant but it is faint.

I dislike that:-
~ Does not completely clear blackheads as promised.
IMIDAZOLIDINYL UREA ya'll!

6-7mm nozzle

Will I purchase it again? Since I have found my ultimate Gentle face exfoliator - Hada Labo Tamagohada AHA+BHA face cleanser, I haven't repurchase the marvel gel. But who knows, I might repurchase it in the future just for the fun of it.

I'll give this product 3.5 out of 5 stars. Easy to use, mild, not irritating and an innovative product.

Till then.

xoxo

NicaBell Personal: My 5 Personal Update!

Hey ya!

I have several news to share!

FIRST:-
I have only weight myself this early evening that am 67kg. Last week, on Thursday I think, my weight was 69.5kg. Yes. My weight gone up from 68kg to 69.5kg and down to 67kg! How bad and turns great was that! *patting myself* Good job NB! I stop drinking Passion Slim for week last week because I was sick and only resume back today. I guess I doesn't necessarily need the drink to slim down, huh?

SECOND:-
Then there is this one friend of mine who work in the same building with me insisted that I should try this another slimming drink. I tried to say no but she doesn't seem to take a hint. I just have to give in and bought it. Haizzz....

THIRD:-
I have schedule many product reviews. Most of them are affordable and great to use even though I cringed when I actually saw the ingredient list. I also will be reviewing these three items in the next coming month. 2 of them are FOC. No, they are not sponsored. I got one of them from CLEO mag (my fav mag~) and another one are from buying a combo pack of pantyliner.

FOURTH:-
I am in a process of gathering, searching, studying, learning, doing, and errr...... typing away to build a beauty glossary.

I am building it for you, my dear dear readers. It is for your reference on what each beauty/cosmetics/skin cares' ingredient and wording. It will be added and changed from time to time depends on new studies and new found ingredient that I have done learning of or as requested. So when the glossary is up, I am hoping that every one can check it out and comment if I have given any wrong information so I can improve and update the page.

Oh! Here is the FIFTH:-

I am still new in the Facebook page thingy; not very familiar with Twitter and is trying to grasp the new social web; Not much posted in Tumblr & Formsping yet.

So add, follow, ask, like, love, comment, and do what every thing nice you can do. I love interacting and sharing information as well as making new friends with people. I am not always on the net but I will try my best to be.

So that conclude the post and..

That is all for now!

NicaBell Review: Safi Balqis Perfect 10 Hand & Body Lotion

Hey peeps!

I was invited by a friend who work in the same building with me to a Zumba session that she is going to organize but still searching for a venue. I thought she was joking at first and I laugh. She laugh as well while saying: "did you think I was joking? I am serious! You can't rely solely on the diet drink. Exercise is a great detox activity as well. With the drink and Zumba, I'll guarantee you'll get slim within two months. That is if you are active." She actually introduce me to another slimming drink which I don't know how to refuse, because she is a Manager in another department. Saying no to a higher-up, just even thinking about it, scares me. Hah! We became familiar to each other was just because her younger brother married my maternal first cousin. - So I am know still thinking should or should I not go when she is done with the whole organization. Zumba fitness does helped a lot of girls and women to keep fit and it became a phenomenon here in KK. I just need to arrange my time and transport for the session.

Moving on, here is the hand and body lotion that was introduced by my colleague.

Its combination of BioWhite, Vitamin C and Vitamin B3 helps reduce the effects of melanin while its UV protection helps protect skin from harmful UV rays.

(Front): Formulasi BioWhite & Pelindung UV
             LOSYEN TANGAN & BADAN SIANG
             Day Hand & Body Lotion
             Selamat dan Suci

Ingredients: Water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Ceteareth-20, Isopropyl Myristate, Dimethicone, Cetanol, Polyacrylamide, Propylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Niacinamide, Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, Morus Bombycis (Mulberry) Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Lecithin, Tocopherol, Ubiquinone, Fragrance, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

Pricing: RM 5.30

Application: One thing I must pin point is the sweet and fresh floral scent it have. Some might think the scent is too/extremely overwhelming, but to my surprise, I love it! If I message it on my hands before stepping into the elevator at work, people who are in the elevator usually compliment the smell and ask what perfume did I use.

The texture is light, runny liquid and is in white color. It is not moisturizing enough in my opinion. But I use this lotion for it great smells, not for moisturizing purpose. I am not sure if used not under air-conditioned room though.
Light, white, runny & liquid lotion

It is not sticky even if you use a lot and easily absord. Been using it for more than 2 months but don't see any difference on the skin of my hand.
Quite a huge hole on its nozzle. 5mm. A bit hard to control  the volume you need.

I love that:-
~ Light.
~ Not sticky
~ Extremely affordable.
~ Since it's made in Malaysia, the lotion can easily be found.
~ Since it's a Halal product, users can be sure to feel safe that it doesn't contain alcohol.
~ UV protection! Holler!!!
~ The smell is heavenly

I dislike that:-
~ Not moisturize enough.
~ No smaller travel size bottle.
~ Paraben properties. Family jewel carriers, BEWARE!
~ If you read the Ingredient list properly, you'll see Imidazolidinyl Urea somewhere there. I have just Googled it before writing this review, Imidazolidinyl Urea is not urine but cheaper kind of products' preservatives, also known as a formaldehyde releaser. A chemical compound that slowly releases formaldehyde preservatives. And formaldehyde my dearies, can cause cancer. Check, google, research for more information. I think I need to check all of my product if they contain this as well.

Will I purchase it again? Not sure though. I know it contains hazardous ingredients but it's cheap and it smell great! So should I or Should I not? hmmm.....

I'll give this product 2.5 out of 5 stars. I love it but at the same time, I am concern of it for my health.

Till next time. Buh bye^^

NicaBell: Korean FOOD!!!

Well last 27 Jul, I took a leave from work and went back to Papar for a gathering with my 3 favorite cousins. We were not in a same age but we were very close. The eldest among 4 of us had been crazy with Korean drama and she is the one who infected me with the “RM FEVER”. And this cousin of mine had been saying how she really extremely eagerly wants to taste Korean food. I would like to try them out as well.

We want to try Korean food but kind of scared that we will embarrass ourselves in the restaurant. But when my ‘Korean wave’ craze cousin heard that there is a Korean restaurant opening in Papar, we thought that we just had to be brave and try it out.

The five of us went there together after two of my lovely cousins went there to scout if it’s opened for public or not in the morning earlier. The place is just by the road of Beaufort highway in Kg Benoni, Papar. It is kind of deserted because there was no other building or houses or shop besides it. But it was bright, peaceful and easily spotted. The restaurant looks like a normal Sabahan brick house, except the signboard with some Korean words on it. If I was not mistaken, the restaurant's name is Jung Won Garden Restaurant.

I odered the one Korean food I have been hearing alot.
This is BiBimBap
It is a bowl of rice, which to be mixed with a bowl of few kind of vegetables and bit of pork, as shown in the picture aboce. A small plate of thick red sauce that look spicy, but actually not, should be added in the mix as well. My BiBimBap was also served with 5 side dishes: pickled squid, kimchi, spinach, bean sprout (taugeh) & carrot slices, dried bilis & peanuts.

JaJangMyeon ordered by my younger cousin.
JaJangMyeon is a Korean Kon Lau Mien, but minus the pork or chicken; It's consist of thick yellow noodles and thick soy sauce that have a lot of garlic in it. Vampires, beware! My stick skinny cousin can't even finish that, despite how hungry and how big her appetite is.

Kimbap – Korean sushi, minus fish. Kimbap used dry seaweed sheet, rice, kimchi, eggs, ham, cucumber and some other things that one could possibly put in. I did took a picture of it but I'll put a link to other's people picture over the internet.

KimChi JjiGae? I think that's the name, if I'm not mistaken
=.=
KimChi JjiGae is the Kimchi soup served with rice and also the same 5 side dishes I was given. I didn't taste it at all. Because I have tried kimchi and didn't like it at all. But according to my cousin, it is not that spicy despite how spicy it looked like.

The waitresses were, we found no surprise, Filipinos. I don’t really know how to detect their ethnicity, but I am guessing they are either Sulu or Cagayan or probably Bisaya. I am not bothered to be served by immigrant (to me, it is fine and quite relief that they made efforts to earn money by working rather than stealing and robbers. To those who scowls on that, what do you aspect? They are human too. They need food to eat, clothes to wear and children to feed.), but I’m a little bothered when I was trying to order Soju (Korean sake) and ask which Soju is good and they don’t know how to answer. Because they Muslims and don’t drink. But no fret, one of them is quite witty and observant. She recommended the one that the Korean folks who work at the Kimanis took liking.
A bottle of soju with the 5 side dishes.
And see that fried rice? That is another meal ordered by one of my pregnant cousin.
Nope, she didn't drink soju.
Soju is a distilled beverage, simply a alcoholic drink. I would say that is burned the throat like vodka but much sweeter and I LOVE IT! I would compare it to the Sabahan rice wine, the Montoku. But montoku is undeniably stronger in taste, smell and alcohol level. My cousins do not take a liking to the drink and request to pour Sprite in their short glass. I personally think that the soft drink contaminate the freshness and the taste of the 20.1% alcohol soju but I have to comply and listen to them. After all, they are older than I am.

Jung Won Garden Restaurant is definitely a great restaurant. But I think, Kg Benoni - where the restaurant is opened, is where the Muslim community in Papar live. There are more Bajau Brunei there than Kadazan Dusun. So if only the restaurant removes pork from their menu, it surely invite more Muslims and SDA folks to come to the restaurant.

The price is certainly pricier than any other regular/local restaurant but it were all worth it. All of us cannot finish out food at all! My BiBimBap is like for 3 people! The hospitality is certainly great.

What fascinates me about Korean food is that their food have more vegetables than meat. I can see myself become skinny if I ate BiBimBap every day! Of course cut down the amount of the rice and minus the egg yolk of course! They also serve more pork than any other meat. Most Korean food that was served in the restaurant are food that is easily prepared. Like the BiBimBap, they use vegetables that can be found easily here. KimBap use the same ingredients and kind of like the leftover in the fridge 'restyled' so the kids won't get bored with food.

I am a firm believer that foods are the doors to a culture. I may not that fond of KimChi, but I do love these pro-vegetables foods. I can imagine myself living in Korea and eats BiBimBap or KimBap with a shot or two of cold Soju everyday!  It was a great meal and refreshing experience^^

Till next time

NicaBell Review: ELF Studio 11 Piece Brush Collection

Hello you!

I would like to wish Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, Maaf Zahir dan Batin to all Muslims. I am unable to go out for Hari Raya to my friends and relatives house today because my cough is killing me!

So I bought my ELF Studio 11 Piece Brush Collection from Syiok Sendiri Sisters (Oh! Bless them!) as I have been wanting to have a complete set of makeup brush. I did own some brushes from TBS but not the whole range. And I previously use finger in makeup application.

Brand: ELF (Eyes.Lips.Face)

ELF Studio - Complexion Brush
Love
No Love
~ I blame this brush because I do not reach to my TBS Face&Body Brush anymore. This one is soft but a bit firmer than the TBS.
~ If you are one of the peeps that pat your powder with your brush, this brushes is a bit pokey. Ouch! Itchy..

ELF Studio - Fan Brush
This is one of the brushes existed that I don't know what to do with. A friend said it can be used for blusher, but there is a blush brush in this collection. To remove eye shadow fallouts on the cheek, okay perhaps. Bronzer, err... to thin for that? If you know what does this brush use as, please do tell me.

ELF Studio - Concealer Brush

~ If you push the bristles to a side, you can see the inner part of the feral. Seems like some cheap brush.

ELF Studio - Angled Brush
Love
No Love
~ Soft & firm.
~ Good with both wet & dry product.
~ I have two of this brush so yay! On can be use for eyeliner and the other one for brows!

NicaBell Got It FOC: Nutrigen + Choline Live Culture Drink (Review)

Disclaimer: I do not buy this drink. And this is not an ad post. I got them for free. But I do not get any sponsors from Nutrigen or any kind of company/manufacturers/dealers that have any associates with the brand to write this post. My friend who work in a wholesale store bring this to me because she can't finish it alone. Her workplace were about to dispose them because the expiry date is just around the corner (EXP 4Sept2012). And she got permission to take them home from her workplace. This post is to share my experience while consuming the product and how satisfy I am with the result. Please also note that my friend doesn't even know that I blog.

Hello gorgeous!

I have post out the Nutrigen LiteYo Yogurt Drink and here I present the Live Culture milk from the same brand!

Just when the LiteYo is about to run out, my friend brings more boxes of stuff to us. It's the Nutrigen + Choline Live Culture Drink. It comes with 5 small bottle in a pack. It has 4 flavors and you'll not going to get every flavor in a pack. Unless you are lucky I guess.

Brand: Nutrigen (owned by Mamee Double-Decker Berhad)
Made in: Malaysia? I'm sure either. I did google Mamee Double-Decker Berhad is founded by a Malaysian.
Product Type: Live Culture milk/drink (Very much like Vitagen & Yakult)
Product Volume: 125g
Main promoted/key/active ingredients: Live Culture (Lactobacillus Acidophillus Culture) and Choline
Claims: For healthy stomach and colon.

What it says on the Bottle: Active Live Cultures, Halal

Ingredients:

Original Flavor:-
Sucrose, Glucose, Milk Solids, Citric Acid, Lactobacillus Acidophillus Culture and Choline Chloride. Contains permitted Flavoring and food conditioner.

Apple Flavor with Real Apple Juice:-
Sucrose, Apple Juice, Milk Solids, Citric Acid, Lactobacillus Acidophillus Culture and Choline Chloride. Contains permitted Flavoring and food conditioner.

Grape Flavor with Real Grape Juice:-

Sucrose, Grape Juice, Milk Solids, Citric Acid, Lactobacillus Acidophillus Culture and Choline Chloride. Contains permitted Flavoring and food conditioner.

Orange Flavor with Real Orange Juice:-

Sucrose, Orange Juice, Milk Solids, Citric Acid, Lactobacillus Acidophillus Culture and Choline Chloride. Contains permitted Flavoring and food conditioner.

Pricing: Since I got it free from a friend, I don't know the price. I bought it before but can't remember the price. But I do remember they are not exceeding RM5.00 per pack.

Texture: Not as thick as LiteYo or any yogurt drink. Much like Vitagen.

I love that:-
~ Taste like real fruit juice. But My favorite much be the original.
~ Certainly good for stomach and colon.
~ No sour taste.
~ Cute packaging.
~ Cheaper than Vitagen for sure.

I dislike that:-
~ Too sweet for my liking. But the original one is not as sweet as it entourages.
~ Coloring and flavor is unnecessary. But it won't appeal to the consumer without 'em, right?
~ I remember they never sell a pack with one flavor only. I would love to have the original only. I grew tire of the other flavor easily.
~ some of the seal are not as tight. Some of its contains leak out. But they are still ok. No rotten bottle found.

Will I purchase it? Since this one is give FOC to my household, I certain going to purchase it and had purchase it before.

I'll give this product 4 out of 5 stars. Just cause I love the original flavor. The rest is not my liking.

Till next time.

NicaBell Got It FOC: Nutrigen LiteYo Yogurt Drink (Review)

Disclaimer: I did not buy this drink. And this is not an ad post. I got them for free. But I do not get any sponsors from Nutrigen or any kind of company/manufacturers/dealers that have any associates with the brand to write this post. My friend who work in a wholesale store bring this to me because she can't finish it alone. Her workplace were about to dispose them because the expiry date is just around the corner (EXP 27Aug2012). And she got permission to take them home from her workplace. This post is to share my experience while consuming the product and how satisfy I am with the result. Please also note that my friend doesn't even know that I blog.

Chirp! Chirp!

Hello chirpies!

So last week I post out a review on the Malaysian brand slimming drink, Passion Slinn (formerly Passion Slim), and said how my weight drop only after a visit to the toilet for 'number two'. I have this complication visiting toilet for 'number two' since I am a toddler. My parents always been worried that part and thank God I never need to remove my body waste through surgery. I have a cousin who is not so fortunate like I am. She needed to do several surgeries to remove body waste in her younger days. She is fine now, but still have the complication like I have now.

I had been given laxatives in my toddler day and I hate them. They made my stomach felt uncomfortable and I had to stay in the toilet for excruciatingly long times. I do not afraid to pop medicine but I do hate laxatives. They honestly are my mortal enemy through and through.

My cousin can overcome the complication with eating fruits which I, on the other hand, kind of 'immune' from it. I have to reach for Live Cultures Drinks like Vitagen or yogurt, yogurt ice-cream and yogurt drinks. The thing I am concern most about these kind of product is sugar level and fat as well as price. So I rarely have the chance to buy and drink them. I only desperate to buy them every time I got stomach ache because unable to do 'number two'.

So around my last few sachet on my second box of Passion Slinn, I found a lot of LiteYo yogurt drink in the fridge and my mouth instantly water. Yogurt drink served best when cold, icy cold is better! I took one, despite not knowing who bought it, open it and shove the drink down my throat. The humid weather outside makes the drink tastier. I drank the whole 750ml in a matter of minutes. And that was my lunch on the day. Later in the evening, night actually, I have to go to the toilet several time for 'number two' and when on the next day. I believed I was overdosed from the drink, if there is any term for drinking too much of yogurt drink. I also thought 'oh! this is what happens if you consumed foods/drinks that is not yours, without the owners knowledge. LMAO!

Only 3 days, two carton of the drink shrink to this amount.
No I didn't drink them alone to get to this number.
My weight drop instantly from 70kg to 68kg, two days after the day I drink LiteYo yogurt drink. Who knew body waste can be so heavy!? I told the good news to my mom and then ask who bought the drink. That is when I knew it was from my friend whom brought it for my family. So much of being guilty for stealing. LoL!

My friend brings 2 flavors for us. Mango&Peach and Mixed Berries.
My friend told me that they do wonders for weight loss and detox.
That is why the bottle shaped as such.

Mango&Peach.
I don't hate it. But I don't love it either. Mango is just not my thing.
Smell like peach and taste like mango on the tongue.

Mixed Berries
I love this one. Honestly, I love anything with berries.
Contains blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, red grape, white grape, mulberry.

I love that:-
~ Taste like real fruit juice
~ Certainly good for stomach and colon.
~ Help me drop 2kg of waste.
~ Drink this and you don't need solid food for lunch.
~ No sour taste. Ask boyfie cause he love it too. He hate any food with yogurt in them.
~ Sexy looking packaging^^

I dislike that:-
~ Too sweet for my liking. But at least it's not as sweet as Nestle's Bliss.
~ Coloring and flavor is unnecessary. But it won't appeal to the consumer without 'em, right?
~ Not so easy to find at the supermarket.

Will I purchase it? Since this one is give FOC to my household, I certain going to purchase it. However, I did when out to look for it at Giant hypermarket, but found none. They only sold Nutrigen Culture Drink. The one that put together with Vitagens & Yakult.

I'll give this product 4.5 out of 5 stars. Why not eh? They have my favorite combination of berries, love the packaging, definitely brings a well done job for my complication.

The glass that I was using in this post is a Heineken's beer glass.
Please don't ask me where I get this little cutey cause I don't even know how we have one in the cupboard.
I admit that I drink alcohol but I am an occasional drink. Almost rarely, in fact.
Girl have to watch her weight, health and beauty.
Alcohol won't help that^_^

Till next time.

And here is a list of recommended daily sugar intake for women, men and children.

Adult women: 5 teaspoon (20 g)
Adult men: 9 teaspoon (36 g)
Children: 3 teaspoon (12 g)

So some may say 'oh! your favourite mix berries flavor exceed adult women daily sugar intake!' Well, I don't drink LiteYo daily and to be honest, I rarely eat or drink sweet stuff. Even when I was 85kg. And be reminded that consume no sugar at all for a day is bad. Our body need that 20 grams of sugar for energy. So when you felt that trembling/shivering going on, which I often gets, but you didn't feel hungry/cold/no fever/scared and feel a bit tired, take a glass of Glucolin glucose. My doctor said that the trembling/shivering sensation is because the body have low sugar intake. Drink something sweet, but not too sweet will cure the symptom.

p/s: when I was younger, my mom would make me a glass of Glucolin Glucose - Original when I have slight fever. "untuk buang panas" she said. Apparently, it does work to get rid of the fever.
